Refunds : I only accept returns if an item arrives damaged or defective. Please contact me if you have any questions or issues with your order and we will get it resolved! 

Shipping: Shipping is currently all done with USPS and UPS. Orders over $100 ship free. If shipping charged to you is more than what I pay to ship your order, I will refund the difference. Once an item is shipped I have no control over how long it takes to get to you. Please order far enough ahead of time so you received your items when needed. I do offer pick-up if you are local (Dallas, GA). These options will be listed at checkout.

Shipping damages: I offer Route insurance at checkout. Please purchase as needed in case your package gets lost or damaged for a quick and easy refund or replacement.

Privacy : I will not share your information with anyone. Your account info is for ease of contact. Also my way to thank you with rewards. 

Turn-around-time: TAT is always listed at the top of every page. I update it as I know what my timing will be. Please note it when you purchase.
